EMERGENCY DEFIBRILLATOR - BADGERS MOUNT AED
Badgers Mount has an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) which can be used in the event of a heart attack, it is mounted on the outside wall of the village hall.
The emergency services provide the code to unlock the cabinet.
These are the instructions on the defibrillator cabinet:
1 Call Emergency Services. Dial 999 or 112 and ask for ambulance
2 Start CPR
3 Use Defibrillator
4 Continue until Ambulance Arrives
The installation of the AED was arranged by the Parish Council, if the defibrillator has been used the Parish Clerk should be notified so that it can be prepared for re-use.
